Software consulting, business training and AI digital transformation.

I work with businesses on software architecture, technical training and the planning of new digital projects. Through IDBS, I also support AI digital transformation projects, with an emphasis on how the business actually works and on preparing the team to use the new tools.

Software, training and AI adoption

Consulting & software architecture

From a business need to technical choices.

I start with how your business works, who will use the application and which problem needs to be solved. From there, I look at the architecture, the technology choices and how the development work should be organised. The collaboration can also include clarifying the technical requirements of a new business idea before implementation begins.

  • Business analysis and clarifying requirements.
  • Application architecture and technology choices.
  • Development processes, collaboration and deliverables.
  • Digital transformation and support for new ventures.

Training for your organisation

Shared foundations, practical application.

I design the programme around the participants’ current knowledge and what they need to do in their day-to-day work. The training combines explanation, examples and practical exercises. It can support developers or colleagues who want to understand information systems better and communicate more effectively with the technical team.

  • Java, web technologies, SQL and databases.
  • Version control and collaboration in development.
  • AI applications and critical assessment of their use.
  • Software project management and team coordination.

AI digital transformation through IDBS

Applying AI to your business processes.

Through IDBS, I examine where AI can add real value to the day-to-day operation of your business. The process starts with existing workflows, data, constraints and the needs of the team. From there, we identify the uses worth testing and define how the results will be evaluated.

  • Reviewing business processes and needs.
  • Selecting AI use cases and evaluation criteria.
  • Preparing the team and training staff to use the tools.
  • Assessing results and planning the next actions.

How we organise the collaboration

  1. Needs and context

You describe the application or training need, your team and the main constraints of the project.

  2. Scope

We agree on the work involved or the subjects the training will cover.

  3. Work with the team

I work with your team on the technical questions and practical examples that relate to their day-to-day work.

  4. Next steps

We record decisions, open questions and the next actions so there is a clear picture of what follows.

From enterprise systems to the people working with them.

At Intrasoft, I worked on systems for EFKA, including Periodic Contribution Declarations (APD), TEKA and the ATLAS digital pension platform. I also designed and taught a staff training programme covering Java, web technologies, SQL and version control. At Apopsi, I worked on public-sector applications, while at AiPath I was responsible for technical direction and the organisation of the development team.

Questions about working together

Do we need a finished technical specification?

No. You can start by describing the problem you want to solve or the application you have in mind. Capturing and analysing the requirements can be part of the collaboration.

Is the training adapted to the team?

Yes. The content depends on the participants’ current knowledge and what they need to learn. It can focus on a specific technology or on preparing the team before a new project begins.

How do these services relate to IDBS?

IDBS is the company I founded for software development, education and consulting. AI digital transformation services are also organised through IDBS. The scope and structure of the collaboration are shaped around the needs of your business.

The next step

What does your business need?

A short description of the project or training you are interested in is enough to start the conversation.
